Does that make me crazy?

Being a leader who does not drink when others get wasted, or a leader who does not haze when others haze is not crazy.  A leader is a person who leads by example.  If the leader is doing everything the same as those he leads, then there is no way to distiguish him or her as a leader of the rest.  An outstanding leader can only be outstanding if he or she stands out from the rest of the crowd.  A leader makes the difference while those he leads follows and keeps the extraordinary from being just ordinary.    Without leaders there would be no growth, without growth there would be no future.  Leaders are the ones who spark the future and create a path to success within an organization.
